I grew up in an Asian community and later married into one. My wife, Snow, is vibrant in the Chinese community and I tend to enjoy the food. :) I am a doctor of strategic leadership (DSL) and focus on personal and organizational development. 

I am the esports head coach at Newman University and am building a side business from which I hope to retire. Other than that, I am a professor of public speaking and sociology at Tabor college. I am active in the Vietnamese Baptist Church in Wichita, as well as the Chinese Church at First E Free. And I really enjoy karaoke, although I would benefit from some vocal lessons. 
 

I'm here for others.  I work at Newman so I can help students.  I do business consulting for local businesses to overcome strategic gaps.
